Community & Stakeholders

Our Commitment

Southern Gateway Alliance is committed to actively involving the community and stakeholders throughout the project’s development and delivery and has established a Community Relations Team to achieve this goal.

We aim to:

The size and nature of the project has seen many diverse stakeholders and communities consulted during the planning phase of the project, with consideration given to many social and environmental issues.

We will build on this information and create opportunities to enable members of the local community to continue to have input into this major infrastructure project.

Keeping You Informed

The Community Relations Team will use a range of tools and activities to raise awareness of the project and our progress, and collaboratively resolve issues that may emerge.

Some of the tools we will use to achieve this include:

We will strive to minimise our impact to the greatest extent possible by providing advance notice, effectively programming our works and implementing on-site management plans.

Members of the public who would like to receive updates about the project are invited to register to be included in the database

Members of the public are also welcome to submit any comments about the New Perth Bunbury Highway to the project team for consideration.

The Community Relations Team is always available to answer your questions and will liaise with the project team to provide specific responses to your enquiries.
