Management Plans
Southern Gateway Alliance recognises the environmental challenges and constraints facing construction of the MER. As a commitment to protecting and enhancing the environment, SGA is implementing a number of environmental strategies and initiatives.
A Construction Management Plan will be developed and implemented to address potential short-term construction environmental impacts. This management plan will address issues such as:
- clearing and vegetation management;
- dust and vibration;
- drainage;
- fauna;
- weeds;
- dieback; and
- noise.
